Sunshine House

Sunshine House is a great budget friendly hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai's Santitham neighborhood. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the internet works well. For the price, it's a bargain.

My favorite thing about Sunshine House is the area. It's in the busy Santitham neighborhood, which is outside the old city. This neighborhood is less touristy and more local feeling, with tons of street food, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in this area, especially if you are visiting Chiang Mai for a longer period of time.
